ALERT 360 COMPANY STATEMENT

On April 4, 2026, Alert 360 was the victim of unauthorized access to our company systems in which limited data was accessed. With the assistance of third-party cybersecurity forensics experts, we took steps to contain, investigate, andresolve the issue.
An investigation confirmed no sensitive personally identifiable information has been impacted. Specifically, no Social Security numbers, bank account information, credit or debit card data, or security system access credentials and alarm codes were compromised by this event. Importantly, our customers’ security systems remain fully operational and were not compromised in connection with this incident.
As part of our investigation, we discovered that the unauthorized actor accessed certain email addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers and names from our systems. We encourage all individuals to remain vigilant against phishing attempts, unsolicited communications, or suspicious requests for personal information. If you receive any unexpected outreach claiming to be from Alert 360, please do not respond and instead contact us at [email protected].
We recognize the trust our customers place in us to protect their security and take our responsibility to protect customer data seriously. We have taken additional steps to further strengthen our safeguards, access controls, and system monitoring, and will continue to invest in the security of our systems and our customers.
